Day-Concierge shift: 

• Follow the laminated Concierge Check-list 

 

• Housekeeping summary: 

  • Make room keycards - leave them in lockbox

  • Put gloves on

  • Bathroom: take out all towels

  • Bathroom: Use sticky roller to roll all hair from surfaces

  • Bathroom: Spray all surfaces with bathroom cleaner - let sit

  • Bedroom: Strip bedding, keep mattress protector & use sticky roller on it

  • Bedroom: Spray all hard surfaces with deodosizer/neutral cleaner - let sit

  • Bathroom: use rag to clean all surfaces; clean the toilet bowl with brush

  • Bedroom: use different rag to clean all surfaces

  • Remove gloves

  • Bedroom: make the bed: flat sheet+tuck in, pillow cases, flat sheet, duvet cover+tuck in

  • Bathroom: fold towels, hand towels, makeup towel and place them

  • Entire room: vacuum floor and/or use sticky roller on floor

  • Remove garbage & put in new bag
