Direct booking steps

Hotel phone transfer
Steps to take when the incoming calls to the business need to be transferred to a mobile phone: Locate the hotel landline phone: PIC Press “INTERCOM” near the top left; Press “FWD” near the bottom right; Press “9”; Enter the number that you wish to forward the calls to; Press “#”; You will hear a long dial - lift and hang up the receiver; Call 514-288-6922 to make sure calls are being received at the number you entered.

The code should be our civic number backwards (2243), and the month number, e.g. for August, the code would be 22438; for September it would be 22439. The code should be changed by the Day-Concierge on the 1st of every month, before 3pm. **All outgoing communications to hotel guests, however, need to be updated with the new code on the previous day. To change the code, enter the following on the key pad: Master Code (available on Ambrose Tech Sheet) ** (Solid yellow LED will activate) 102000 New code #** (Solid yellow LED will deactivate) For more information, consult the user manual available in white folder manager on Joseph’s desk.

How to make keycards
Press any key to open Kaba machine; Password is 8384; Enter room number for which keycards need to be made; Enter the number of nights guests are staying; Select "New" to cancel all previous cards for the room in question; OR Select "Duplicate" to make an extra card for the room in question. Press "Enter"; Put cards, one at a time, on the magnetizer until the display says "Success".
